Our Signature Popcorn is the original Ella & Ollie popcorn kernel with heirloom genetics that date back to the 1950s. In addition to superior quality, taste and texture - it has a very good popping volume with each jar popping over 175 cups of popcorn.
Our White Popcorn is a low hull, light, fluffy pop - perfect for those who like to sample with flavored seasonings and olive oils.
Ella & Ollie cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil is a delicate blend of olives infused with a variety of rich flavors. Cook on the stovetop or in the microwave with our silicone microwave popcorn popper. Add 3 Tbsp. oil to 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels, cook then spritz on top of popcorn before adding seasoning. Also use for baking, dipping bread, with pasta, meat, seafood, pasta, vegetables, eggs and more.
